Announcements

The IRU is pleased to announce its 2009 Spring Conference, taking place April 5-7, 2009 at The Fairmont Southampton Princess, Southampton, Bermuda. We have a program filled with interesting and engaging speakers and we hope that you will join us.

Speakers will include Matthew Elderfield from the Bermuda Monetary Authority who will talk about "Risk Management: Solvency & Risk-Based Capital Standards;" Thomas R. Litjen from PCI speaking about "Insurance Regulation: The Present & Future State of the Union" and Fred E. Karlinsky, Esq. of Colodny, Fass, Talenfeld, Karlinsky & Abate, P.A. speaking on "Florida Update: High Noon on the Sunshine State." There will also be a panel discussion about "The Expanding Horizon of the Bermuda Market."
