Refundable only if cancelled, in writing, 30 days prior to arrival. A charge of $150 will be levied to cover administrative costs if attendees who have booked cancel. After March 5, no refunds will be given for cancellations. Substitutions are permitted with advance notification in writing by mail, fax or email.
There are a limited number of rooms available for early arrivals on the evening of Saturday, April 4 on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early!
Hotel reservations include one night's advance deposit. Room deposits are applied to the last evening of a guest's stay; early departure will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
All hotel reservations will be made by IRU, Inc.
All taxes, porterage and housekeeping gratuities will be posted to individual folios.
In order to fulfill your request, reservations must be received by March 5, 2009. After that date, we will be happy to accept your room reservation request, available space permitting.
Dress for all events is business casual.
